Preparing for summer - finally!

A little birdy has told us that summer is at last on its way! The bees will be delighted, as will our calves and Exmoor pony foals who have have yet to feel much sun on their backs.

Here are some new photos of the self catering accomodation at Higher Blacklands - it's cosy and self contained with 2 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and living area.

Spring has sprung at Higher Blacklands Farm

Higher Blacklands has recently seen the arrival of twin calves. Both calves are thriving in the lovely spring weather!

Spring breaks on the Moor

We still have availability for both self catering and B&B for a relaxing spring break on beautiful Exmoor. Come and explore the moors, have a picnic by the river or enjoy a stroll along the Two Moors Way.

Elderflowers breaking into leaf at Higher Blacklands

Snowdrops are emerging from the snow and the first calf has been born on the farm. The chickens are still laying and spring is in the air!

We have joined forces with our neighbouring farm to put on some fantastic new art courses with accommodation at Higher Blacklands Farm.
